Travel Time & Logistics Fees
In order to keep us ready and able to offer dependable service, we charge a Travel Time & Logistics Fees. Below shows each territory we cover with the corresponding charge for that territory.
Mowing Route Fee: Roughly 6.5% of our estimated travel cost for the day. This is applicable for our reoccuring mowing, fertilizing and snow plowing services that we can share the cost among 12-15 customers.
Project (Crew) Trip Fee: This charge is applicable to landscaping or sprinkler installs, cleanups, and jobs where we can only feasibly service 8 or less properties in the day.
Project (Solo) Trip Fee: This charge is the same basis as the Project (Crew) Trip Fee but reduced to compensate for only 1 worker.
Sprinkler Service Call: This is our service call price per territory. We price sprinkler system repair services as service call + flat rate/item installed.

Our Process on ALL Services
01.
Estimate Requested
The customer has requested an estimate from Green Lawns Matter. It's now our job to enter the customer's information and create the estimate. We MUST have an email address on file.
02.
Estimate Approved
After the estimate is sent, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to click 'approve'. If a deposit is required, it will be due upon approval or 5 days before work begins.
03.
Job Scheduled
Once notified of approval, we schedule the job accordingly. We do not schedule jobs that are not generated from a customer approved estimate.
04.
Job Completed
We complete the job on the scheduled date based on the work order. Upon completion, the crew marks it off in our system to keep records accurate.
05.
Job Invoiced
Jobs are automatically invoiced following completion. We charge cards on file accordingly, or mark paid once a check is deposited.
